Revival Coffee is hiring baristas for our shop at 1251 S. Sherman St. Ste. 112 in Richardson, TX. Baristas pull espresso, brew and serve coffee, prepare food from our breakfast and lunch menu, keep the bar and dining room clean, handle the register, and — most importantly — make everyone who walks in feel welcome. Weekday shifts run inside our 7 AM to 3 PM hours. Previous coffee experience is welcome but not required; we will train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Pull espresso and prepare the drinks on our menu — lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, and the rest
- Prepare food from our breakfast and lunch menu
- Run the register and handle orders accurately
- Keep the bar, dining room, and back of house clean and stocked
- Greet regulars by name and make first-time guests feel like they belong
What We're Looking For
- A genuinely warm, hospitable person — this matters more to us than latte art
- Reliable, on time, and steady when the morning rush hits
- Willing to learn: we will teach you the coffee if you bring the attitude
- Comfortable working on a team in a small space
- Previous coffee, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
